Shipping policy

Important: We CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes so kindly provide a street address for delivery when placing an order.

 

Delivery lead time and process

Under normal circumstances after the order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Upon that confirmation email, we will arrange for the delivery within 48 hours. You will receive a notification via email with the tracking number after the product is shipped.

You should receive the order within 4 to 7 business days after it has been shipped, with exceptions for force majeure factors such as bad weather and epidemics.

Notes:

These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Kindly take into consideration that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available.

International shipments may be subjected to customs duties and taxes and the shipping costs depend on the destination.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Currently, we only deliver to the US addresses and cannot deliver to other areas outside the US. However, for special requests on orders outside of US, kindly contact our Customer Support team at yabeetoys@gmail.com and it shall be considered on a case-by-case basis on reasonable terms.

For orders with more than one item, we will try to make sure that all your items reach you at the same time. Since different shipping options may be used, our products are not always sent out together in a single shipment.

 

Wrong delivery address

You can contact our Customer Support team at yabeetoys@gmail.com for an update to your delivery address if the order has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped, the customer will bear all losses. So Please confirm the address information when placing an order.

 

Change of address or return before and/or after delivery confirmation

We cannot guarantee the shipping address can be changed after you receive the delivery confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that a processing fee might be charged by the shipping company for the change of delivery address.

Lost or stolen package

Confirm the shipping address on your order. Make sure to check on all doors and mailboxes, and/or ask your front desk attendant(s). If you are still unable to locate your package after 24 hours from receiving the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Support team at yabeetoys@gmail.com for assistance.

 

Damaged package

If your package is damaged upon receiving, please contact our Customer Support team at yabeetoys@gmail.com within 24 hours for us to rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.
